Lampero Bale Strap WG55 is a non-woven, textile polyester strap also known as hotmelt strap or PES strap.
Lampero Bale Strap offers impressive weathering and chemical resistance, along with 13% elasticity. This allows it to secure goods with exceptional strength while absorbing thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical shocks.

Lampero Bale Strap WG55 is ideal for binding bales of cardboard max. 450 kg and foil max. 350 kg, usually made using 24-60 ton vertical balers. Bales are usually bound by hand. For added convenience, the H22 Tensioner and CB5F buckles can be used for retensioning. WG55 Bale strap is suitable for use with the following balers: Bramidan B30/X30/X40 (Plastic), Orwak 3400/3410/Power 3420/3800/3810/3820 (Plastic).

Conformity Declaration for EU Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) and Romanian Law no. 78/2026
The strap is in full conformity with Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). It contains no substances of concern, specifically:
- Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg and Cr(VI))
- PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances)
- Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs, EU 2019/1021)
- Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed by ECHA on 28 June 2018
- No REACH registration is required (EU 1907/2006)
The strap complies with EU safety standards for packaging of foodstuffs and personal care products according to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
