Lampero Bale Strap WG45 is a non-woven, textile polyester strap also known as hotmelt strap or PES strap.
Lampero Bale Strap offers impressive weathering and chemical resistance, along with 13% elasticity. This allows it to secure goods with exceptional strength while absorbing thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical shocks.

Lampero Bale Strap WG45 is ideal for binding bales of cardboard max. 400 kg and foil max. 300 kg, usually made using 24-50 ton vertical balers. Bales are usually bound by hand. For added convenience, the H22 Tensioner and CB4F buckles can be used for retensioning. WG45 Bale strap is suitable for use with the following balers: Orwak 5070HDC/3400/3410/Power 3420/3800/3810/Power 3820/9020 (Plastic), Bramidan X10/X25/B20 (Plastic)/B30/X30, Strautmann Balepress 28.

The strap is made of virgin polyester yarn and adhesive. It complies with EU safety standards for packaging of foodstuffs and personal care products according to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
The product is not subject to REACH registration and contains no SVHC-listed substances (ECHA, 2018-06-28). It is free from heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg and Cr(VI)), PFAS, and Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). The strap is not recyclable.
