Lampero Bale Strap WG20 is a non-woven, textile polyester strap also known as hotmelt strap or PES strap.
Lampero Bale Strap offers impressive weathering and chemical resistance, along with 13% elasticity. This allows it to secure goods with exceptional strength while absorbing thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical shocks.

Lampero Bale Strap WG20 is ideal for binding light bales of cardboard max. 70 kg and foil max. 50 kg, usually made using 3-4 ton vertical balers. Bales are usually bound by hand.For added convenience, the H22 Tensioner and CB4F buckles can be used for retensioning. WG20 Bale strap is suitable for use with the following balers: Bramidan B3/B4, Orwak 3100/Compact 3110/5070, Strautmann BalePress 3/BalePress 4, HSM V-Press 503/V-Press 504, Mil-Tek 102, Macfab 40, Austropressen K65/K70, LSM V5, RTV 4.

The strap is made of virgin polyester yarn and adhesive and is not recyclable.

The strap is in full conformity with Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). It contains no substances of concern, specifically:
- Heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg and Cr(VI))
- PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances)
- Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs)
- Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed by ECHA on 28 June 2018
No REACH registration is required.
The strap complies with EU safety standards for packaging of foodstuffs and personal care products according to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
